Thank you for choosing La Speciosa. Please review our shipping rates, timelines, and restrictions before placing your order.

🚚 Flat Rate Shipping

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping within the United States:

  • $4.50 for orders under 8oz (e.g., turmeric, kava extracts, and other small items)

  • $8.00 for all other retail orders

Shipping prices are subject to change at any time.

🕒 Processing Time

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions

Due to local laws and regulations, we do not ship certain products to specific U.S. states, counties, or municipalities. Please review the following restrictions before placing your order.

🟤 Indonesian Tea – Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship Indonesian Tea to the following:

Statewide Bans:

  • Alabama

  • Arkansas

  • Indiana

  • Rhode Island

  • Vermont

  • Wisconsin

City & County Bans:

  • California: San Diego, Oceanside, Newport Beach

  • Colorado: Denver (for human consumption), Parker, Monument

  • Florida: Sarasota County

  • Illinois: Alton, Jerseyville, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Godfrey

  • Louisiana: Ascension Parish, Franklin Parish, Grant Parish, Rapides Parish

  • Mississippi:

    • Counties: Alcorn, Calhoun, Itawamba, Lowndes, Monroe, Noxubee, Pearl River, Prentiss, Tippah, Tishomingo, Union

    • Cities: Belmont, Booneville, Columbus, Oxford, and others

  • New Hampshire: Franklin

  • Tennessee: Local restrictions and 21+ age limit

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any Kratom orders shipped to restricted areas.

🟡 Kava – Shipping Advisory

Kava is legal federally and in most states. However, we do not ship Kava to areas where local regulations restrict or prohibit its sale or consumption.
This may include certain parts of New York City, where prior health department actions have been taken.

🔵 Blue Lotus – Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship Blue Lotus to:

  • Louisiana – Prohibited for human consumption under state law.

Military Customers: Blue Lotus is not permitted for use by active-duty military personnel, per Department of Defense guidelines.

📦 Orders Placed to Restricted Areas

Orders placed for delivery to a restricted area will be automatically canceled and refunded. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
